monday : skip
tuesday : back/chest - felt weak so I didn't go hard
wednesday : Triceps/Biceps/back again - hard pounding for the back :D Tried some dips with +40kg, managed to do four. Regular 6-8 with +30kg.
today : Deltoids, Biceps, Abs - Curls with 50kg
tomorrow : legs, maybe some chest ;)
Sunday : b-day
