Energy levels are still high so I must be eating something right ;) I might even say they're better than before my diet :D My durability seems to be better in the gym.
This weeks gym sessions :
Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Back + Cardio in the morning
Wednesday : Arms / Deltoids
Today : Legs
This week I've been eating couple hundred calories more per day than I should have, but it probably wont affect the diet that much. Since we're still on the right track.
