Morning weight : 84.8kg
This week :
monday : skip
tuesday : back/chest - felt weak so I didn't go hard
wednesday : Triceps/Biceps/back again - hard pounding for the back :D Tried some dips with +40kg, managed to do four. Regular 6-8 with +30kg.
today : Deltoids, Biceps, Abs - Curls with 50kg
tomorrow : legs, maybe some chest ;)
Sunday : b-day

Been kinda tired for a week or so..

Monday : Chest-Back-Bicep-Tricep-Deltoid etc.etc. Gym, no legs.
Tuesday : Swimming 35min
Wednesday : Arms
Today : Back
Tomorrow : Legs

This time the weekend didn't mess up my weight, managed to eat correctly without counting calories :)
This week I will be going less to the gym and doing more cardio. Today was a full body workout and I've planned some swimming for tomorrow. Don't know yet what to do for the rest of the week, but I'm sure I'll think of something..

Morning weight 86.3kg
So the weight seems to be coming off. Nice.
Energy levels are still high so I must be eating something right ;) I might even say they're better than before my diet :D My durability seems to be better in the gym.
This weeks gym sessions :
Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Back + Cardio in the morning
Wednesday : Arms / Deltoids
Today : Legs
This week I've been eating couple hundred calories more per day than I should have, but it probably wont affect the diet that much. Since we're still on the right track.

So last weekend I wend to see some relatives so my weight got back to 87 or so, but now it's back on track.
Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Back
Today : Arms / Deltoids

Enough gym for one week..
Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Back
Wednesday : Arms / Deltoids
Thursday : Chest-Back-Legs
So the weight isn't going down yet as I thought it would start off rapidly.. but I haven't been doing any aerobic excercises besides my biketrips to work and back.
I'll probably go for a run on the weekend 'cause I won't have the calorie burn from work anyway.
If my current calculations are right, and they should be, I'm getting around -800kcal per day.

Start of diet

Hi,
so today is the first day of my end of the year diet. I'm going on around 1900kcal before excercise. It should be enough to lose weight at a steady 2kg/month pace. We'll see.
It's now 09:25pm and I've got 465kcal left for the last meal of the day. Gonna eat some delicious chicken. :)
I'm using an online Calorie counter www.kalorilaskuri.fi. I think we're gonna do just fine.
Didn't check my morning weight today, but I'll try to remember tomorrow. ;)

Getting everything set
Ok so I've been setting everything up for the diet which starts next monday 14.09.09.
I had an InBody 720 -test and the results were just as I thought :
Body weight : 88.5kg
Muscle mass : 39.7kg
Fat : 19.6kg
Body fat % : 22.1% that actually should also containt the visceral fat.
And some more stuff like that.. I'll get a new test in november to see where we're going :)
Also got an app for iPhone for tracking my daily intake.
So my goal is to lose at least 7.4kg of fat before christmas.

Starting diet 2009
Hi,
I'll be updating here how my diet goes along this fall.
My goal is to get rid of some fat around the waist that's developed during last couple years.
Don't know the actual weight I want to diet, but I'm guessing aroung 10kg give or take couple kg.
I've been eating pretty neat for a good while so I don't really need to change that. Probably just cut back on some calories and add a lot of excercise.
