
Hi,
so today is the first day of my end of the year diet. I'm going on around 1900kcal before excercise. It should be enough to lose weight at a steady 2kg/month pace. We'll see.
It's now 09:25pm and I've got 465kcal left for the last meal of the day. Gonna eat some delicious chicken. :)
I'm using an online Calorie counter www.kalorilaskuri.fi. I think we're gonna do just fine.
Didn't check my morning weight today, but I'll try to remember tomorrow. ;)
