Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Back
Wednesday : Arms / Deltoids
Thursday : Chest-Back-Legs
So the weight isn't going down yet as I thought it would start off rapidly.. but I haven't been doing any aerobic excercises besides my biketrips to work and back.
I'll probably go for a run on the weekend 'cause I won't have the calorie burn from work anyway.
If my current calculations are right, and they should be, I'm getting around -800kcal per day.
