Morning weight 85.4kg

Still dropping.. great.

Been kinda tired for a week or so..

This weeks activity :

Monday : Chest-Back-Bicep-Tricep-Deltoid etc.etc. Gym, no legs.
Tuesday : Swimming 35min
Wednesday : Arms
Today : Back
Tomorrow : Legs

  2. I don't really have strict workout routine so I might throw in some extra work depending on my mood at the gym. I try to maintain the 6-8 reps and a minute or two rest between sets.. Lots of supersets too :) I feel a lot more energetic at the gym now that I'm on the diet :D
